Texas “Transgender” Case: Not All Judges Are Politically Correct Cowards

NOT ALL judges are evil people. Some of them are, apparently, good and sensible people instead. When a selfish, abusive mother in Texas planned to start the “transgendering” of her son into a “girl” by forcing him to take puberty blockers, Judge Kim Cooks stopped her.

Why would a mother do that to her son? I think that it was to spite her ex-husband. The wicked, leftist mother probably wanted to stick him in the eye with this, and say “Ha ha, look what I did.”

Fortunately, the case landed before one of the judges in our country who has not become a politically correct coward, and the boy, James, is no longer in danger of becoming an ersatz girl named “Luna.”

Oddly, though, the judge has placed a gag order on the father, which forbids him to talk to the press. I don’t know why such a thing was necessary.

Here’s a recent article on the incident:

7-year-old James Younger is biologically a boy and wants to stay that way, but his mother Anne Georgulas, 57, a strikingly-homely pediatrician who practices in Coppell, Texas, is determined to transform James into a girl.

Georgulas has dressed James as a girl since he was 3, calls her son “Luna” instead of James, and even enrolled him in school as a girl.

James’ father, Jeffrey Younger, 53, a senior enterprise architect who lives in Lewisville, Texas, has been fighting against his ex-wife’s determined efforts to make his son into a transgender.

When James was three years old, Jeffrey began noticing changes in his son’s behavior. Amanda Prestigiacomo reports for The Daily Wire that Jeffrey recounted in an episode of “The Luke Macias Show” podcast:

“My three-year-old son tells me — he’s at my home — he tells me that he’s a girl. And I had the presence of mind, thank goodness, to pull out my iPhone and videotape me asking him about that. And that was literally the first time that I really understood what was happening to my son. That was the first time I noticed. He was just past his third birthday.”

In the video, Jeffrey asks his son: “You’re a boy, right?”

James responds: “No. I’m a girl.”

Jeffrey: “Who told you you’re a girl?”

James: “Mommy”.

Jeffrey: “When did she tell you you were a girl?”

James: “Because, I love girls!”

Jeffrey: “Oh, I see. So mommy told you you’re a girl?”

James answers in the affirmative, “Mhmm,” and tells his dad that Georgulas puts dresses on him, buys him headbands and hair clips, and paints his nails.

Jeffrey: “So mommy puts you in a dress and puts nail polish on you? And what does mommy tell you?”

James: “She tells me I’m a girl.”

In the podcast, Jeffrey said his son had already been fully socially “transitioned” and that he, Jeffrey, was not allowed to use masculine pronouns for his son, or refer to the boy as James to third-parties who know the boy as “Luna.” Jeffrey said:

“[James] wears a dress at her (Georgulas’) home; he has a new made-up name, Luna — it appears in the court filings. He goes to school; the teachers call him ‘Luna.’ He uses the girl’s bathroom at school. All of his authority figures — his mother, his teacher, the librarian at school, the police officer at school, the principal at school — tell him he’s a girl. I’m the only authority figure in his life that tells him the truth; that he’s actually a boy.”

Georgulas reacted by trying to remove all parental rights from Jeffrey, and falsely accusing him of domestic violence. See the June 11, 2018 court document acquitting Jeffrey on the domestic assault charges in my post of February 5, 2019, “Mom forces ‘sex-change’ on 6-year-old son“.

On October 18, 2018, the Municipal Court of the City of Coppell, Texas, gave Georgulas “the exclusive right, after notifying the Father, to consent to psychiatric and psychological treatment of the children.” (James has a younger brother, Jude.)

Matters became even more serious when Georgulas began subjecting James to “social transitioning” therapy to prepare him for chemical castration when he’s 8 years old.

But on October 21, 2019, a jury in Dallas, Texas ruled against Jeffrey Younger and gave Georgulas full authority to start James on puberty blockers and eventually cross-sex hormones. (LifeSiteNews)

Happily, on October 24, 2019, Judge Kim Cooks of the 255th district ruled that Jeffrey Younger does have a say in his seven-year-old son’s gender “transition,” and that “the parents will have joint conservatorship over James, which includes making joint medical decisions for the child.” (LifeSiteNews)

Cooks ruled that Jeffrey is not required to pay attorney fees, but placed a gag order on Jeffrey Younger, so that he cannot speak to the press about the case. Jeffrey is also required to take down his Save James website, which has circulated videos of James, testimonials, and vital court documents.

Moral of this story?

Men: Be very careful whom you choose to marry and have children with.

The enemy has a propaganda trick that they use much. When they want to persuade the masses to adopt an opinion, they speak publicly as if that opinion were already the consensus among the enlightened — even though nothing of the kind is true. It’s an attempt to hoax up a bandwagon appeal for the ideas that they favor.

For example, a gender-confused biologically male adult human (with pink hair and mauve lipstick) has been hired to do voice acting for a minor character named “Double Trouble” in a remake of She-Ra, the heroine from the He-Man cartoon series. His name is Jacob Tobia.

In a video, Tobia said, “Having non-binary representation in animated shows for young folks is just so vital because young people today are already understanding that gender is diverse and a broad spectrum…”

There’s the lie, presented as though it were both true and the mass consensus, which it is neither.

Sex is binary: male and female. Sex evolved in the service of evolution. The fun part of it is an evolved inducement to produce children. Persons born with bodies configured in any third way are abnormal, and their deviations are biological defects. They are unfortunate accidents that sometimes happen because natural processes contain an element of randomness; they are subject to entropy, and so things don’t always go as they should. However compassionate we might wish to be in regard to these abnormal persons, we should never pretend that their abnormalities are normal.

In coding terms, sexual defects are bugs; they aren’t features.

Ever since the American Psychiatric Association (APA) caved in to political pressure and threats from homosexual activists and their Marxist and Jewish allies, to remove homosexuality from the list of mental disorders in 1973, the APA has been an unreliable source of information in the field in which they presume to be authorities. Homosexuality remains a mental disorder, whether it is listed as such in the DSM-5 or not.

The pattern of prevailing pressure tactics is being repeated now with another mental disorder, gender dysphoria. It should be obvious that no one can change the sex to which they were born. This is an impossible idea because our sex is present in every cell in our bodies, not merely in outward physical appearance. It should be equally obvious that persons who “feel” as if their bodies are the “wrong” sex are not correct, but rather deluded on account of a mental disorder. The proper course is to treat the mental disorder, not mutilate the body of the person afflicted with the mental disorder.
