Anarcho-Tyranny in Action: Law Enforcement as Corrupt and Hostile Occupation Force
Below is a reprint of a recent Counter-Currents essay which perfectly illustrates the late Sam Francis’s concept of “anarcho-tyranny,” which Francis defined as “a combination of anarchy (in which legitimate government functions—like spying on the bad guys or punishing real criminals—are not performed) and tyranny (in which government performs illegitimate functions—like spying on the good guys or criminalizing innocent conduct like gun ownership and political dissent).”
“The result of anarcho-tyranny is that government swells in power, criminals are not controlled, and law-abiding citizens wind up being repressed by the state and attacked by thugs.”
Law Enforcement & The Hostile Elite
by R. Houck
The police in America and much of Europe are profoundly and explicitly anti-white. Throughout the West, the police serve an elite who are very hostile to our interests and use them as a way to extort our people out of tremendous sums of money and to criminalize those who have committed no crime. From overpolicing to taking orders directly from those who wish to see our demise, law enforcement is no ally, nor do they act like one by any stretch. But for whatever reason, among our ranks, there seems to be a lot of slack given to the police. If we really look at the situation, however, what we find are people and organizations who deserve absolutely nothing from us. No money. No support. No sympathy. Nothing at all.
The Overpolicing of Whites
There is no shortage of criticism of the police in the media or in our society, from Black Lives Matter protests that turn into riots to New York Times op-eds like “Racial Discrimination in Stop-and-Frisk.”[1] It is rather easy for those of us aligned a little further to the right of these institutions to dismiss these criticisms or even to take the side of the police and justify their actions. After all, if Black Lives Matter and The New York Times take a side on an issue, it’s generally a given that we should take the opposing side. In this case, however, nothing could be further from the truth.
The New York Times was right: There was a racial problem involved in the controversial practice of stop-and-frisk. The problem was that while the black and Hispanic populations made up about half of the population of New York City during the period in question, they accounted for eighty-five percent of those who were stopped.[2] The Left, of course, saw this as a clear-cut case of racial profiling and overpolicing. But using a per capita calculation to determine racial bias is only valid if the rates of criminality between races are at least similar. In reality, though, they are anything but. Indeed, they are so massively disparate that the only valid way to determine whether the fact that eighty-five percent of the stops were perpetrated against blacks and Hispanics was justified would be to look at the percentage of crimes committed by them. As it turns out, non-whites committed ninety-two percent of all violent crime in the city[3] and eighty-nine percent of all crime total,[4] with a higher rate of street crimes than whites. This actually indicated that non-whites were being stopped at a lower rate than their level of criminality warranted, while whites were in fact being stopped more often than they should have been.
Another common liberal argument for systemic racism in America today is that the chances of being pulled over by a police officer are higher for blacks and Hispanics – “Driving While Black.” This claim is again seductively simple: If blacks are stopped for speeding at a higher rate than whites, this must be due to systemically racist policies or racist cops. In response to this, a now-infamous study by the Public Services Research Institute in New Jersey was commissioned, using the New Jersey Turnpike as the object of investigation. It set out to discover why approximately a quarter of traffic stops were of black drivers when blacks accounted for only sixteen percent of the drivers on the Turnpike. Well, as fate would have it, the study examined over thirty-eight thousand drivers and determined that black drivers were almost twice as likely to speed on the Turnpike. Its conclusion was that blacks were actually being stopped at a lower rate than whites in relation to each group’s propensity to speed.[5] There was indeed an unfair distribution of speeding tickets in regard to race and speeding; it just so happened that, once again, whites were being ticketed at a higher rate and blacks at a lower rate in relation to their level of speeding.
Similarly, the argument made by Black Lives Matter and the media is that when population size is taken into account, blacks are shot and killed far more often than whites are by the police. This, however, is nothing but a distortion of reality. Using a per capita figure to determine this would only be appropriate if, and only if, the crime rates between the races were relatively similar – and as we have already seen, they are in fact massively disparate. Instead of simply using population percentages, we must use another metric that would more accurately account for the number of hostile police interactions each group might encounter.
A far more appropriate statistic to use to determine this would be to take the number of annual arrests for violent crime for each racial group and compare those to the number of people who are killed by the police from each race. Both violent crime arrests and police killings are generally stable each year, with no indication that the arrest rates swing wildly back and forth between whites and blacks. Thus, in 2016, 153,341 blacks were arrested for violent crimes and 241,063 whites were arrested for violent crimes.[6] Also in 2016, 234 black people were killed by police, and 466 whites were killed by police.[7] If we divide the number of arrests of whites for violent crimes by the number of whites killed by police, we find one death for every 517 arrests. In regard to blacks, we find one death for every 655 arrests of violent criminals. When we really start to look at the math here, we find that police interactions are significantly deadlier for a white man than a black man.
A study of the use of force by police that was conducted by Roland G. Freyer, Jr. found that black and white civilians who were involved in police killings were equally likely to be carrying a gun; however, police are twenty percent less likely to shoot a black suspect over a white suspect, without having first been attacked.[8] That twenty percent difference is both significant and inexplicable in light of the levels of crime committed by whites and blacks, respectively. I found it quite disconcerting that these findings were reported with headlines such as “no evidence of racial bias in police shootings” – in other words, as long as whites are being killed at a higher rate for no apparent reason, everything is just as it should be.
Further, FBI reports from 2004 to 2013 show that 511 police officers were killed during this period. Of the murderers, fifty-two percent were white and forty-three percent were black. This means that blacks are more than three times as likely to kill a police officer than a white person.[9] Nevertheless, taking into account both their respective shares of violent crime and the rate at which they kill police officers, whites are killed by the police more often than blacks are.
There is demonstrable evidence – in everything from being frisked, to receiving a traffic ticket, to being killed – that all bias in policing is in fact against the white race. And bear in mind, this is all happening while whites still make up a supermajority of police officers in the United States.
The picture of what a post-white majority America is going to be like is even grimmer in light of this data. Once American demographics have become more similar to those of Mexico, it stands to reason that our police force will likewise fall closer and closer to Third World levels of corruption.
Violation of Rights
Do you believe that it is the duty of the police to serve and protect you or your rights? Because they do neither. Nor are they legally bound to do either.
Since the Terry v. Ohio case, which widened the right of police to search and seize property from suspects, has the Fraternal Order of Police or any police department in the country decided that they would refuse to follow the new Fourth Amendment standard? Did they stand against this grave infringement of our rights and declare that they would not make use of the new “reasonable suspicion” or “may be armed” standards, in favor of the older “probable cause” standard? Or have they gleefully made use of the new, relaxed standards to violate our fundamental rights? The answer is obvious.
Over the past ten years, well over two and a half billion dollars in assets and cash have been stolen from Americans through civil forfeiture, whereby police can seize your property when they “suspect” it was used in a crime, or in the case of cash, when they “suspect” it was ill-gotten. In eighty percent of civil forfeitures, no charges are ever brought, but if the victim whose property was taken wants it back, he’ll have to hire a lawyer. You are guaranteed representation in criminal cases, but in a civil case – which asset forfeitures technically are – you must retain your own lawyer. In most cases where the assets or cash were seized from American citizens who were never found to be breaking any laws, these were simply left with the police, given that in most cases the victims of this corruption are unable to afford an attorney to redress the issue. Police departments have admitted to seizing property from people during “tight budget periods,” which frequently includes warrantless seizing of cash on the highways. Around eighty percent of those who are victimized in this way never get their property back.[10]
Police in New Hampshire arrested and charged a man with a dubious crime known as “criminal defamation of character” – namely for criticizing the police, who are public officials, online. Proving the elements of this “crime” is rather difficult and conviction is unlikely, but that isn’t the point. The police simply used this law to harass and intimidate an opponent.[11]
In Florida, the Baker Act allows judges to order the confiscation of firearms from non-criminals if they are deemed to be a “risk” to themselves or others. The Florida police have indeed already confiscated weapons and had at least one person involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility.[12] A similar story played out in Connecticut, one of several states to already have these firearm seizure laws in place, with many more considering following suit.[13] The local police departments carry out these orders every time. Article 58, anyone?
Disbanded
Hundreds of police departments across the nation have been quietly, and sometimes infamously, disbanded for their abuse of local residents and passersby. You can find lists of dozens of disbanded and now-defunct police departments in nearly every US state. These were more often than not in small, rural, white communities that have been terrorized and extorted by the people they paid to protect them. Waldo, Florida, a town of little over a thousand residents, was home to seven police officers who managed to write over twelve thousand tickets and take in over four hundred thousand dollars in a year’s time.[14]
And in New Rome, Ohio, a town of just sixty people, fourteen police operated a racket that also generated over four hundred thousand dollars in revenue per year, most of which went right back to the police department. You can find these same stories all over the entire nation. What you’ll find, beyond the egregious ticketing and extortion, is that this money is seldom used for the betterment of the town in which the police department in question operates. Rather they are cases of fraud, embezzlement, and thievery.
Hundreds of police departments have been disbanded all over the nation. I do not think that in the history of law enforcement, there has ever been a department disbanded because they were serving the community too well or because everybody loved them.
The Jewish Connection
American law enforcement personnel, both federal and local, regularly travel to Israel for “counterterrorism” training and to learn the latest techniques for controlling a population from Yasam.[15]
The ADL and SPLC both have special relationships with law enforcement as well. The SPLC puts out “training” videos and generates propaganda for law enforcement agencies all over the US,[16] and the ADL trains over fourteen thousand officers annually.[17] These programs serve to indoctrinate the people we pay to “protect and serve” us into believing that white men are the enemy – that white men and white “extremist” organizations are their biggest threat. I have no doubt that these programs are at least partially responsible for the clear anti-white bias revealed above. The ADL training program was in fact developed in partnership with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, in order to ensure that the police and law enforcement agencies are used first and foremost to protect Jewish interests, while entirely ignoring, or even covering up, the abuse whites face at the hands of non-whites. The people we pay to protect us are corrupt and have been turned against us by hostile elites. This is what an occupation government looks like.
Indeed, the same people responsible for trying to wipe us off the Internet, the same people who are shutting down our social media and financial accounts, and who are generally harassing us, are the same people who are training the police officers in our communities! The Bolsheviks are training the neo-NKVD, and rest assured, to them, we are nothing but Kulaks. The type of “training” and information the ADL and SPLC provide law enforcement is why the government was so hostile to any sort of White Nationalism in the 1990s, and why they are so hostile to us now. When “It’s okay to be white” flyers were found in a Target store, the ADL contacted both local and federal law enforcement.[18]
The ADL considers the group White Lives Matter to be a hate group of terrorists – but not Black Lives Matter, of course. In their double standards, they betray their underlying ideology. Anything pro-white is deemed terrorism, and anything anti-white is a “civil rights organization.”
If you support the police, you’re not supporting who you think you are. If you donate to any of their causes, you are directly funneling cash to an organization that might kill you and your family, in your own country, in your own home, just for daring to oppose their agenda.
No Duty to Protect
The crucial fact that our people must begin to understand is that the police, be it local, state, federal, or those of many Western European nations, no longer exist to serve our interests. It is also important to understand that the police have absolutely no legal duty to protect you whatsoever.
The supreme courts of various states, as well as the United States Supreme Court itself (specifically in Town of Castle Rock v. Gonzales, 2005), have long ruled that even in cases of gross negligence, the police are not responsible for caring for or protecting the public. Two of the more appalling state-level cases are Doe v. Calumet City (1994) and Warren v. District of Columbia (1981).
In Doe, a woman, Jane, was at home with her two small children when an intruder broke in. The intruder chased Jane outside and managed to lock her out of her home while the two children were still inside. She then ran to a neighbor’s house and called the police. When they arrived, the officers refused to break down the door or enter the home. When Jane attempted to reenter the house herself to save her children, she was restrained by the police. By the time she was able to convince them to enter, the intruder had already beaten and raped her two small children. The Supreme Court of Illinois ruled that the police owe no duty of care or rescue to the public, and therefore did not act negligently.
Similarly, in Warren, a group of people were victims of a home invasion in Washington, DC. They called the police and several officers came to the area, looked around, and then left without investigating further. The terrified victims soon called the police back, telling the dispatcher that men were in the house, although the dispatcher never relayed the call to the patrol officers. The intruders then forced three women into their car at knifepoint and took them to another location, where they were beaten, tortured, and raped for over fourteen hours. The DC appeals court upheld the trial court’s ruling that the police have no duty to ensure the safety of citizens.
But there have been far more public examples of this recently. During and after the 2016 presidential campaign, normal, everyday people have been repeatedly attacked and beaten by mobs of violent Leftists while the local police stood down. They watched it happen. They were more than happy to sit back and relax in Berkeley, Charlottesville, and at dozens of other political events across the nation while good people who merely wanted to exercise their right to freedom of speech were attacked and abused, and in some cases, hospitalized. Over and over again, the police have proven that they are more than happy to take orders from corrupt, anti-white superiors without a single care for our well-being. They have stood by as Black Lives Matter has destroyed small business after small business, ruining the livelihoods and perhaps the lives of those who tried their hand at the American dream and provided for their communities.
Time and time again in recent years, we have seen stunning displays of cowardice and a total lack of agency from the “boys in blue,” from those officers who waited well over an hour to enter the shooter Stephen Paddock’s hotel room in Las Vegas, to the four deputies hiding behind parked cars during the shooting in Parkland, Florida.
Conclusion
The harsh reality is that the police don’t work for you. They don’t care about you. Their pensions matter far more to them than your “rights.” As a whole, the police are a very low-agency group that thrives in an environment where they can follow orders without question.
Please, do not bother with the “good cop” argument. Where were all the “good cops” at Ruby Ridge when the order to fire came down? Where were all the “good agents” at Waco? Where were all the “good officers” in Rotherham? I’ll tell you where. They were sitting there like absolute cowards, paralyzed with fear at the prospect of having to find a real job or losing their pensions. The “bad cops” are the ones blatantly violating our rights, performing illegal searches, kicking us in the head as we lay in handcuffs, ignoring our pleas for help, and extorting our hard-earned money from us. Where are the “good cops”? They are the ones who know all about it, the ones who watch it happen, the ones who refuse to testify against their “brothers in blue,” the ones who are too afraid to stand up and have some moxie for once in their lives.
Whether you like it or not, the police and federal law enforcement are part of a very corrupt and hostile occupation force. They are not your friends. They do not work for you. They serve another master. When they are ordered to fire on unarmed citizens, they do it. When they are ordered to confiscate legally-owned firearms or other property, they do it. When they are ordered to throw people and all their belongings to the curb for not abiding by illegitimate tax laws, they do it. There are an endless number of immoral and corrupt laws that the police happily enforce – every last one of them.
Some police, I assume, are good people. But unfortunately for them, we cannot judge the actions of the aggregate based on those few. Just like when we discuss the high rate of black crime, we are of course in no way indicting every single black person in the US, but we also recognize that, as a group, there is a problem there that is adversely affecting our entire nation. Similarly, there are widespread behaviors among the police that are likewise creating an increasingly hostile environment for us, in our own homelands.
Did you support the police when they arrested and threw 89-year-old Ursula Haverbeck in prison for the “crime” of holocaust denial? Did you support the police when they arrested Wayne Bell of National Action?[19] Bell was given over four years in prison for “anti-Semitic” posts on social media. How about when several other members of National Action were arrested and thrown in prison merely for posting stickers in their own country?[20] How about when police in New York tortured an injured raccoon for twenty minutes before finally running him over to end the poor creature’s misery?[21] Or when police in Denmark fined a 17-year-old girl for her “crime” of using pepper spray on a “migrant” who had attempted to rape her?[22] Did you support them then? Let’s not forget Rotherham, England, where two fathers whose daughters had been kidnapped and were being sexually abused were able to track the girls down, but when they went to rescue them, the police arrested the fathers![23] So do you support the Rotherham police? Do you support the German police as they arrest our European cousins for thought crimes at the behest of the former Stasi agent who now runs the organization that patrols social media, looking for political dissidents?[24] Not one of these police departments works for you. They work for people who abhor you and your children’s very existence. Men all over Europe, men of our own stock, are being arrested for nothing more than protesting their brutal occupation by the hostile alien clique that opens their borders and subjects their people to genocidal rape. Can you in good conscience support those same police who know about the widespread grooming gangs, yet turn a blind eye, while they willingly arrest and jail those who share our sentiments?
When a black serial killer was arrested in Missouri, the local police said they did not know if his murders, which were exclusively of white people, were racially motivated. Odd, considering the killer had earlier threatened to shoot up a school and “kill all white people.” But the police just couldn’t figure this one out.[25] And when four blacks kidnapped and tortured a special-needs white man in Chicago, the police chief was quick to assure the public that this incident was little more than kids making “stupid decisions.”
When Dillan Tabares, a 27-year-old white homeless veteran suffering from mental illness, was gunned down by police officers, I doubt you supported them then. Or when a 29-year-old deaf white man, Daniel Harris, was killed while using sign language to try to communicate with the officer who murdered him, I doubt you made too many excuses for them. Or when Michael Dial, who refused to comply when police tried to pull him over on suspicion of driving on a suspended license but did not threaten the officers in any way, was ordered to be shot and killed by the Sheriff, who then gloated that “I love this shit” after his death, I suspect few people shared the Sheriff’s glee. And when a 26-year-old father, Daniel Shaver, was falsely accused of threatening people with a gun before being held at gunpoint by police, begging for his life for several horrifying minutes before being executed, I doubt you supported the meek, wormy-looking officer who murdered him.
You likely do not support the people who are tasked by Twitter, Google, and Facebook with policing our accounts for thought crimes. They didn’t make the rules, and they have no power to change them; they merely follow the orders of the ADL to ensure that our views are driven to the corners of the Internet. These people show far more sympathy for pedophiles and pornographers than they do towards our struggle for our people. With all that in mind, it would be rather absurd to say something like, “I support the Twitter employee who banned my account, just not the policy behind it.”
No, the entire system, from top to bottom, including all those involved, is sick. How can you, in good faith, despise Jewish State Senator Scott Weiner, who introduced bills to make it a criminal offense, with up to one year in prison, to “misgender” a person, and making it not a crime to knowingly infect someone with HIV, but then support the police who will inevitably be arresting people for the “crime” of misgendering and looking the other way while people are being infected? The various actors in this incredibly hostile occupation force are all inextricably linked. You cannot be against those making the policies on one hand while supporting the foot soldiers who uphold them on the other.
That being said, if you still want to “back the blue,” whatever that means, go ahead. But then don’t bother to try to explain why whites are being stopped, ticketed, and murdered at higher rates by police than is warranted. Don’t bother to complain about the extortion of small, rural, white towns all over the nation. Don’t worry about why your heroes are taking directives from the ADL and the SPLC. Just stay right where you are, on your knees, like a bootlicking coward. It’s lucky you have the right to remain silent, since it’s the only thing your kind ever do, anyway.
The police can act with near impunity – they only ever have to answer to some vaguely-constituted internal review boards, typically made up of their friends. This absolutely must end. In Ohio, a Jewish cop, Zachary Rosen,[26] ran up to a suspect who was handcuffed and on the ground, stomped on his head, was caught on video doing it, and was fired. Fortunately for Rosen, the Fraternal Order of Police stood by him, and he was eventually reinstated by an arbitrator.[27]
Not only do the police have no legal duty to protect citizens, but in some states, they even have statutory immunity from negligence, all while they benefit from not being personally responsible for their wrongdoings. Giving a group of low-agency people carte blanche to enforce the law while simultaneously telling them that they are in no way responsible for allowing people to be raped is not a wise policy. We must demand better.
There should be zero-tolerance policies put in place. None of this “reinstatement after review,” when their buddies decide that their act wasn’t vile enough to warrant punishment. Not only is immunity from negligence absurd, but the police, when found to be violating citizens’ rights, should be held personally liable. As things are now, they have nothing on the line whatsoever. And when people do make successful claims against police brutality, it is the taxpayers who must pay for their mistake. Instead, it is the officer who should have to pay the entire settlement, or whatever can be had after all their assets are liquidated. If they find this arrangement unacceptable, it shows nothing but their own lack of confidence in themselves to actually uphold the law, and not act above the law.
Likewise, civil forfeiture should be either ruled unconstitutional or ended legislatively. All infringements upon the First, Second, and Fourth Amendments at either the state or federal level should be reversed.
Whites are really the only racial group that I see enthusiastically supporting the police and defending them every time they decide to shoot another mentally-ill homeless person or some such thing. Now that you know the facts, I suggest that you withhold your support and demand better treatment of our people. While we might not get the police on our side for some time, we can still demand far more from them. Because currently, we are demanding nothing. There were no protests for the people whose names I have mentioned in this article. There were no riots. No cities burned. Nobody flipped any squad cars for them. It was just another day and another dead white person. It is time we insist on more from these police who live entirely on our welfare. Gone are the days when we would make excuses for those who kill, extort, demean, and violate our people and our communities. No more cowing to the servants of this hostile occupation. No more sitting idly by as our rights and our homelands are stolen from us by hostile aliens and cowardly traitors!

Because U.S. law prohibits the government from using the military against its own citizens, I’ve been convinced that all these recent incidents involving shooting unarmed (usually black) suspects in the back, punching them in the face, etc., whether real or contrived, are designed to generate increasing outrage in the public for the government to “do something” about police violence. Once that outcry becomes loud enough, the government’s predetermined solution will be to nationalize all law enforcement under the charge of the Department of Justice or Homeland Security. Presto! You’ve got a domestic military force managed by the federal government covering the entire country overnight. The anticipation of the nationalization of local law enforcement is why police now receive military training in Israel and why the federal government has been selling… Read more »
This is an extremely well-written article. I wish every White person in this country would read it, understand and know for a fact its truth.
I read it on Counter Currents, but couldn’t get my comment to post due to some kind of server error.
Cops are armed gangs. About 90% of traffic stops are illegal. It’s a cashier operation. Because so many prisons are run by private contractors, judges are pressed to send as many people to the joint as possible. The contracts demand 90% occupancy.
Central despotism is managed on the local level to prevent a national police force in places like Dime Box, Texas. Federal tyranny.
In the 1980s, the Federals decided to transform Texas into a prison state. Rather than build new prisons in New England and the Midwest, it was decided to send Yankee convicts down South. Insult the kinfolk states. Why not? Texas has been a conquered province from 1865 forward.
New construction of prisons was spread all over the state.
Texas has a minimum of 56 state and private prisons. Add to that transfer facilities, pre-release facilities, multi-use facilities and other euphemisms, the total is near a scary 100. State jails not included.
There is still plenty of room to ride in Texas. Federal Project Managers on the Potomac might not like that. They’ll think of something.
