Are the Races Equally Intelligent?

A QUESTION from Quora: “Are all races equally intelligent?”
No. Intelligence is differently distributed among the races.
Intelligence isn’t how much you know; it is, rather, how quickly and how completely you can learn more. It’s the ability to “catch on” to circumstances from relevant information as it comes to you, bit by bit. It’s the efficiency of the mind and its biological substrate: the central nervous system’s excess capacity for abstract thinking.
Some races are smarter than others, generally speaking.
Of course, the intellectual differences between races are distributed differences. The degree of intelligence in any race’s members occurs along a normal distribution. Or, rather, the normal distribution is the familiar distribution that most nearly matches how intelligence is distributed within a race, and the reason has to do with how biological inheritance works.
The male and female gametes, at the moment of conception, each provide a random half of each parents’ genes, including the genes that code for an intelligent brain. It’s like rolling dice. If you roll only one die, you get a flat probability distribution in which each of the numbers 1 through 6 has an equal chance of showing up. But if you roll two dice, the probability distribution in the sum of the upward faces isn’t flat: it’s normal, approximately. Seven or eight is more likely than two or twelve.
That is why there’s a considerable variation in the IQs of people within the same race.
But two different races will have the genes that code for an intelligent brain at different frequencies. Not all such genes are equally efficacious, and some races have more of the “premium quality genes” for intelligence than other races do.
That is why there are considerable differences in the average IQs of races.

There are probably several genes that determine intelligence which is why it is normally distributed in populations. The social systems that a population creates for itself in turn exert evolutionary pressures. For example, a highly developed society will value abstract reasoning where a hunter/gatherer society would not.

Human and animal differences come in two forms; variational and non-variational/biological. Intelligence is a variational difference which is the kind of difference that natural selection acts on and as such people can and do have highly different capacities for intelligence so human mental differences are an obvious fact but the Liberals themselves know this which is why said Liberals are fine with race-mixing because even though the races mix and causes lower intelligence; that same intelligence can potentially be regained through selective breeding so human civilization can fall but it can also rise again. But even if intelligence can be regained; the existence of White people cannot because Whites in fact do have non-variational differences compared to Non-WHites. Isn’t it fortunate you can say that here, Walt? Of course, you had a lot to do with making that happen as all Alliance members and supporters have contributed time and resources to make a media of our own. Now if only we could get more support to make us bigger, better, and highly effective at countering Jewish lies and advancing our own Path.

Intelligence is not the same thing as wisdom or willpower. An intelligent individual may be aware of its weaknesses but be unable (i.e. lack the will) to face them.
Seems to me there must be a separate set of genes that determine these things and it’s the reason why an intelligent race, such as the White, is so easily manipulated by a another parasitic one (the Jews).
It’s the same reason that a small, in size, host bird species seems unable to comprehend that the gigantic Cuckoo, in its nest, can’t possible be its offspring.
