All cold virusses (viri) can be killed if the sufferer breathes 43’C for half an hour for three periods in one day, i.e. every eight hours. Use a precise temperature controller and an electrical heater of some type in a small room. This would however not prevent someone from being re-infected. Isolation would be required afterwards. The COVID-19 is probably unable to withstand mid-summer temperatures.
