Heels Dug in to Make Things Happen

I AM admittedly one of the least technically proficient Alliance members ever and am not inclined to want to learn how to use electronic devices. The telephone number for our land line is in the phone book; I have no laptop or iPad. I don’t even have a cell phone, so I have never sent or received text messages, nor tweeted, nor taken a “selfie,” nor have I ever participated on Facebook or any other social media. What a valuable tool the Internet is for networking through email and discussion forums, and for researching subjects without leaving the comfort of one’s ergonomic chair and keyboard. We can reach so many more people with our Alliance message now, but that is thanks to the work of our Media Director, Kevin Alfred Strom, and other members who know how to maximize the use of the latest technology while on a shoestring budget.

Raising operating funds for our work is a large part of my job as Chairman and arguably the most challenging role. Were it not for an extremely bright and helpful colleague who has worked with us several hours a day, every day, seven days a week, for the past several years, we would not have resuscitated our long-neglected book and CD sales, turned things around to where we are now finally enjoying more revenue from sales of National Alliance copyrighted material than we have from all supporters’ pledges and donations and a few truckloads of timber combined. This dedicated associate, and the others who helped, will remain unnamed for now to guard against their being “outed” by our sleazy enemies in an effort to ruin the lives and livelihoods of any White man or woman who stands up for our race. That is the standard procedure for the self-styled “watchdogs” at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and other Jewish groups — and of hostile, so-called “White nationalists” who collaborate with the SPLC to try and bring down the National Alliance. My point: Without the help of a highly-skilled and patient helper who came along at a critical time, and the other volunteers who help us, we would not be where we are now. No way!

I could name several other Alliance volunteers who have, almost magically, stepped forward in some way and at the right time to help save and grow the Alliance during the past few years of nearly constant struggle. We seem always desperate for more help, and somehow, usually in some unanticipated way, we always seem to get just enough help, usually from unpaid volunteers, to carry on. Adding another talented and competent full-time staffer to our Cosmotheist Community always makes a big difference.

Through tight management, through deferred gratification and personal sacrifice by key individuals, our organization is debt-free and well-positioned. We face heavy odds in our efforts to succeed in our noble aims. So what! We still do not have a sufficient number of dues-paying supporters to implement planned projects, even the more achievable short term ones, but that’s all right. The longer we can stay the course without being destroyed by outside forces, the more stable our position becomes and the more our people will want to join with us. That is not being overly optimistic. Our founder faced the same difficulties when trying to organize our people to “do right and fear no one.” Dr. Pierce went through some very dark times, sometimes nearly alone, but he never gave up. Neither will we. We will do what is necessary to make the National Alliance successful without compromising the values and principles left to us by our founder.

Building the world class William Luther Pierce Memorial Library will be a primary focus of mine for several years to come. It will materialize. Watch. [As of early 2022, land has been purchased and cleared and leveled, environmental permitting done, utility lines run in to the site, and book warehouse construction is well underway.] It is an achievable, worthwhile project for these times when we don’t yet have the numbers we will eventually attract.
