Jez Turner Sentenced to 12 Months for Making Factual Statements About Jews

The accuracy of the statements in Mr. Turner’s speech were not even questioned. In fact, in the Orwellian prison island that Britain has become, an accurate statement is even worse than a fabricated one, since it will “incite” forbidden thoughts more effectively.

BY SENTENCING dissident Jez Turner to 12 months in gaol, a court judge found the martyred defendant not guilty — but sentenced him anyway for not being Politically Correct.

Jez Turner (48), a British Army veteran who had served his country’s Zionist elite for 10 years as a soldier, stood accused of ‘inciting racial hatred’. The alleged offence occurred in 2015 when Turner criticised Jewish control of a sinister autonomous police squad using the moniker shomrim. These facts were not challenged. The case swung on the remote possibility that the dissident’s truthful criticism could “incite racial hatred.”

British courtroom trials are as controlled as are political elections. Elections provide a phony veneer of “democracy” or legality — and an equally fake veneer of “justice” is found in the pomp and circumstance of kangaroo courts. The judge, likely under pressure from the Jewish lobby, conceded his distaste that a state-sponsored vigilante group such as shomrim had to exist.

In 1979 Michael Walsh, editor of the Ethnic European, was handed down six 4-month prison sentences for publishing fliers that prophesied Britain’s coloured invasion. (See “Britain’s Most Horrifying Prison”; https://bit.ly/2rztdsI. )

The veteran political activist says, “Just as a football team is controlled by their manager so is a jury. The state’s prosecuting counsel, aided by the state-sponsored judge, is adept at creating a courtroom atmosphere hostile to the defendant. The judge controls questions posed by the defendant’s defence and constantly interrupts protests by the unfortunate victim in the dock or his defence counsel.”

The international journalist and author says he talked with Jez before his court appearance; he seemed resigned to a guilty verdict. “I told Jez that the sentence before the trial had already been agreed upon and passed by unseen men in the background. The court appearance is theatre to give a false but reassuring semblance of justice being met. The inexperienced jury are putty in the hands of professional jurists.”

The case against Jez Turner was originally turned down by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) as falling short of the evidential standard for a prosecution.

However, the self-styled Campaign against Anti-Semitism (CAA), a Jewish group, threatened the CPS with a judicial review of their decision not to prosecute. The threatened state prosecutors then buckled and the cabal was cheered by getting their prey ‘tried’ and imprisoned.

Robert Henderson, who attended the ‘trial’, says that the judge and prosecuting counsel were ‘enforcing the Politically Correct view of the world’. This of course is far removed from all reasonable concept of justice. During the court case, there was not even a nod at the notion of freedom of speech guaranteed as a human right.

According to the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes the right to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart informational and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”

Henderson goes on to say, “What has been made very clear in this trial, and that of the trial of Alison Chabloz, is that we have an elite which is hell-bent on squeezing the range of permitted opinion ever more tightly into a Politically Correct shape.”

The media, themselves as controlled as the electoral and judicial process, cheered the verdict and acted as the public prosecutor by giving a one-sided account of the trial and verdict.

Yet, the irony is that by caving in to a British-based foreign-funded Jewish cabal and saying the words “guilty,” the jury, prosecuting counsel, Metropolitan Police and corporate media actually found Jez Turner not guilty and proven right; that Britain is indeed ruled by Jews.
