Florida: Murder of White Man Allowed Because He Uttered One Racial Slur
FROM Broward County, Florida comes one of the most unbelievable tales of a killer going unpunished.
In January of 2012, David Grant, then 49, agreed to meet Joni Donley, then 28, at a Dunkin Donuts. Grant was a White math tutor and Donley was a Black college student. The purpose of the meeting was to prepare Donley for a calculus test.
Later that night, Donley savagely killed Grant in front of multiple people. Grant asked to be paid for for his tutoring services and Donley refused. An argument ensued. It’s alleged that at one point Grant called Donley a racial slur. According to witnesses, Grant was walking away when Donley attacked him. Donley put Grant in a bear hug, knocked him down, kicked him in the neck, jumped on him, and strangled him.
Witnesses wrote down Donley’s license plate. Police arrested him shortly after with Grant’s blood on his shirt. After he was placed in an interrogation room, he confessed to killing Grant “for nothing” on video.
However, his defense attorney hatched a plan. He claimed Grant provoked Donley by calling him a “nigger.” He also claimed that Grant, who weighed 380 pounds, accidentally and just coincidentally died from clogged arteries a few moments after Donley attacked and strangled him.
The Broward County prosecution, headed by a Jew, Michael Satz, originally had decided they would let Donley off easy and only pursue manslaughter charges. Then they waited over five years, taking no action. When defense attorneys deposed a witness to the murder, prosecutors took no steps to ensure the testimony was preserved and took no steps to depose the witness themselves. Even though the witness was a student from Saudi Arabia and was expected to leave the country, no steps were taken to ensure his testimony would be available.
Working under Michael Satz, the public face of the prosecution is the Broward County Assistant State Attorney — a Black woman who is actually named Vegina Trimetric Hawkins. Hawkins now claims that the state no longer has a case. She says the student from Saudi Arabia is back in his home country. She made no remark on the possibilities of compelling his presence or testimony, or filing a motion to compel the production and use of the defense’s deposition of the same witness or others who may have been present. In other words, an admitted non-White murderer of a White man gets off scot free.
Before “Veginia” was assigned to the case, it was previously “handled” by Alberto Ribas Jr. — who became a circuit judge last year. He refused to comment on the case. State Attorney Michael Satz has refused multiple requests to meet with the victim’s family.
Jewish-controlled media outlets have given this outrageous story zero national coverage.
