Three-Minute CNN Exchange: Anti-(White) Racism Degenerates into High Comedy

JEWS ARE sending each other smoke signals about a three-minute exchange broadcast on cable TV channel CNN a few days ago. It involved square-jawed Canadian American broadcast journalist Ashleigh Banfield (pictured), host of the daily news program Legal View with Ashleigh Banfield, and a neoconservative CNN commentator, Donald Trump supporter, and Republican Party apparatchik named Jeffrey Lord, who served in the Reagan White House and works as a “conservative” pundit. He says he’s an active member of the United Church of Christ, a Left-wing denomination. CNN is owned by media giant Time Warner.

The exchange, which was posted on YouTube by Jewish-owned website Mediaite, is funny to watch. Every red flag Whites are programmed to mindlessly obey leaps up, but Banfield races ahead without lifting her foot from the accelerator. A journalist who interviewed her once wrote, “She speaks rapidly, with refreshing candor, appearing to barrel along without an inner editor.”

You have to give Jeffrey Lord credit for maintaining a poker face. Self-discipline!

It is unclear whether Banfield formulated the argument she presents or if CNN staff writers and editors were involved. She reads closely from a sheet of paper (which she also holds up) to get her facts exactly right.

Basically, the host hammered Lord that banning Muslims from entering the U.S. as Donald Trump advocates is analogous to forbidding Jews from entering or visiting the country simply because a subset of them (she cites the JDL) are violent extremists. Banning Muslims would be “reminiscent of a really ugly time in our history.” (Re the “our,” Banfield became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2008.)

As one would expect of such individuals, both Banfield and Lord are anti-White.

Banfield implicitly privileges Jews, Muslims, and other non-Whites. She takes if for granted that only Whites are racists and therefore have no rights, including the right to a homeland. This is the entire point of her polemic on behalf of the Muslim component of replacement migration. Moreover, Banfield mistakenly believes there was a time in U.S. history when its treatment of Jews — far and away the most powerful, privileged, and wealthiest group in the country — was “ugly”! Everyone should have it so ugly.

For his part, Lord has written that Indian removal, slavery, Confederate secession, segregation, and Jim Crow laws contributed to the continuing racism and bigotry in America today.

In the clip, Lord utters the howler that “There are no Jews coming here to destroy America.”

It was in response to this — “your point that there are no Jews coming here to hurt Americans,” as Banfield reformulated it — that she brought up the JDL: “What are you talking about? There have been Jewish terrorist attacks! Yet nobody is suggesting that all Jews should be wiped out of this country . . . from visiting. It’s the same thing!”

Lord said it is the job of Muslims to police their own community. He used an analogy: During the civil rights era there were all kinds of “bad White guys” in the South — racists — but lots of “good White guys stood up and said, ‘We’re not tolerating this,’ and marched for civil rights and helped get these civil rights laws passed.”

Serial Offender

It turns out that Ashleigh Banfield has strayed from the White playpen before.

A year ago prominent Harvard racist Alan Dershowitz, an advocate of torture who embodies everything you think of when you hear the word “Jew,” upbraided Banfield on the air as a racist and bigot.

For readers unable to “see” the Jew, hold up a mirror every time one of them hurls epithets like this. You’ll suddenly perceive the invisible Jew in the glass, for the accuser invariably describes himself and his race to a T whenever he attacks others. It’s uncanny. Seeing the Jew for what he is does not prevent you from supporting him, even fanatically. Millions of Gentiles do so, and always have. But if you possess a moral center you will never support the race again.

On September 11, 2001, Banfield reported live for Left-wing cable network MSNBC from the streets of Manhattan as buildings collapsed around her. This boosted her profile and made her a celebrity. MSNBC appointed her producer of a new show called A Region in Conflict and launched a heavy ad campaign labeling her “The One.”

Since the beginning of the “War on Terror” the broadcast networks have featured young, good-looking Nordic blondes, many with cute English accents, reporting from the Middle East and quacking out the neoconservative party line like ducks. Banfield likewise traveled throughout the region doing many on air interviews and news reports in the aftermath of 9/11.

But in a 2003 speech at Kansas State University (text here) she criticized “cable news operators [who] wrap themselves in the American flag and patriotism and go after a certain target demographic, which is very lucrative.”

She added that MSNBC had recently hired “a mere radio flak,” Michael Savage (a Jew), who labeled “me as a slut on the air [because Banfield’s Mideast reporting was insufficiently anti-Arab]. And that’s not all, as a porn star. And that’s not all, as an accomplice to the murder of Jewish children.” (Again, hold up the mirror whenever you hear things like this.) According to another journalist: “Savage hosted a weekly TV show on Banfield’s own network. Incredibly, on the air, Savage called her ‘the mind-slut with a big pair of glasses’ who ‘looks like she went from porno into reporting.’”

Reading the speech, one must agree with journalist Timothy Dumas that “A review of the transcript shows the lecture was fairly tame, hardly the screed that headlines like ‘Banfield Lashes Out at Own Network’ suggested.”

Nevertheless, the speech deeply angered NBC News president Neal Shapiro, who is married to Korean-born TV reporter Juju Chang. (They have three Jewish-Korean children together.) Banfield was reprimanded and her profile lowered. A few days after the speech a New York Times reporter wrote an underhanded personal attack of the kind Jews specialize in. Even the title sounded like a sneer: “Ashleigh Banfield’s Career No Longer Seems to Shine as Bright” (May 5, 2003).

Timothy Dumas later wrote:

Banfield’s lecture was so unpalatable to her bosses — notably, to Neal Shapiro — that they exiled her for the duration of her contract. “I was office-less for ten months,” she says. “No phone, no computer. For ten months I had to report to work every day and ask where I could sit. If somebody was away I could use their desk. Eventually, after ten months of this, I was given an office that was a tape closet. They cleared the tapes out and put a desk and a TV in there, and a computer and phone. It was pretty blatant. The message was crystal clear.

“Yet they wouldn’t let me leave. I begged for seventeen months to be let out of my contract. If they had no use for me, let’s just part ways amicably — no need for payouts, just a clean break. And Neal wouldn’t allow it. I don’t know what his rationale was . . . I will never forgive him for his cruelty and the manner in which he decided to dispose of me.”

(Briefly) Married Into WASP Dynasty

After that she was unemployed for a while and met a man in Manhattan while walking her dogs. He was a real estate financier and founder of a carbon credit trading company who now runs an eco-friendly hedge fund. His name: Howard Gould. The couple married in 2004.

Given his name, occupation, and place of residence, I naturally assumed he was Jewish. On top of that, “dating” (having sex with) and marrying Jews is part of the job description for on-air blondes in television.

Now divorced, Banfield and Gould had two sons.

But Howard Gould is not Jewish. He is the great-great-grandson of 19th-century New York farm boy turned Wall Street swashbuckler Jay Gould, who through his six children sired a long-lived WASP dynasty.
