When the Fix is In

EVIDENCE THAT COULD HAVE exonerated Ed Steele was withheld from the jury by the judge. In a pre-trial hearing on the admissibility of evidence, two audio experts testified that the FBI recordings contained numerous audio signatures (aberrations) that strongly indicated the recordings might have been tampered with. One expert, Bennett Walsh, a former New York City detective with years of experience with audio recordings, said flatly the recordings were tampered with.

The other expert, George Papcun, PhD (pictured), an internationally known expert with solid scientific credentials, said there was an unusually high number of electronic transients and other discrepancies which could indicate tampering . . . → Read More: When the Fix is In

Edgar Steele Tapes Are a Fraud

by Cyndi Steele

IN AN EFFORT to find justice and because we eschew oppression, we now have the absolute proof that the US government, for whatever reason, has fabricated its case against Edgar J. Steele, a First Amendment Idaho Lawyer. Steele (pictured) has been defending the falsely accused; many for free. If we do not turn this around now, this trend will impact our children and grandchildren.

In spite of the efforts of Edgar Steele’s new defense attorney, Robert T. McAllister, of Colorado, to get some time to prepare a defense, Judge B. Lynn Winmill of the Idaho Federal District Court is insisting that the Steele Case, based on false charges . . . → Read More: Edgar Steele Tapes Are a Fraud

Edgar Steele Case: Prosecution Grasping at Straws

by Cyndi Steele

THE EDGAR STEELE DEFENSE FUND, an Idaho non-profit corporation wishes to address a recent prosecution motion which effectively asks for an all-expense paid trip to Ukraine, claiming it is related to Mr. Steele’s case.

Once again, the prosecution has it wrong. In pursuing the Ukrainian connection to my husband, First Amendment lawyer Edgar Steele (pictured), the government is grasping at straws because there is no motive for the alleged murder-for-hire. The government knows that, as my husband’s legal assistant, I was fully aware that the Ukrainian woman was suspected to be a part of a “Russian-Bride” scam which cheated one of his clients out of thousands . . . → Read More: Edgar Steele Case: Prosecution Grasping at Straws

Visting Edgar Steele

Edgar Steele (pictured), a courageous pro-freedom attorney, is fighting for his very life against a corrupt government that wants to silence him.

by Dr. Allen Banks

I SAW ED on Friday afternoon.  I spent nearly the full hour with him until he needed to use the last few minutes to call [his daughter] Kelsey.  It cheered him to learn that fund raising had done as much as it has but he is a realist and knows that $200,000 is needed to hire a big shot.

The jail visitor area was nearly deserted as compared to previous visits now that they have their new policy in . . . → Read More: Visting Edgar Steele

Victory Number One in Edgar Steele Case: Cyndi Can Visit Her Husband

by Deborah Dupré

YESTERDAY, the court granted Cyndi Steele’s ‘Motion to Vacate the No Contact Order’ in part, allowing her to see her husband Edgar J. Steele, a rights defender exposing human trafficking, now in solitary confinement for state-accused attempted murder of his wife with a WMD, a pipe-bomb. Some people, on both the left and right, view the case to be a Cointelpro operation to neutralize Steele, as his attorney recently alluded outside the courthouse, winning a round of applause. Although stringent visitation conditions exist, Mrs. Steele is grateful for contact with her husband about family business, and for the isolation known . . . → Read More: Victory Number One in Edgar Steele Case: Cyndi Can Visit Her Husband

Courageous Cyndi Steele Stands for Truth

by Val Koinen

I JUST FINISHED reading a very interesting, informative, and (in some ways) disturbing and even alarming document. I am referring to the September 7, 2010 affidavit of Cyndi Steele filed with the U.S. District Court for Idaho. (For those of you who don’t know, Mrs. Steele is the wife of north Idaho attorney Edgar J. Steele, who has been charged by U.S. Federal prosecutors with hiring a neighbor and handyman, one Larry Fairfax, to kill his (Steele’s) wife and mother-in-law.)

The extremely enlightening affidavit referred to was filed primarily in order to object to the pending acceptance of an unbelievably lenient . . . → Read More: Courageous Cyndi Steele Stands for Truth

Why is the FBI Protecting the Idaho Pipe Bomber?

The statement of Cyndi Steele to Judge Lynn B. Winmill about the sweetheart plea deal given to the Idaho Pipe Bomber.

I AM HERE TODAY to object to the “soft” plea bargain for Larry Fairfax.

I want the Court to know that I was denied my Crime Victim’s Rights –  (18 USC §3771)  because I was not consulted by the prosecutor BEFORE the plea agreement was reached.

I was first notified that a plea bargain was being considered by a letter from the prosecutor dated August 24, 2010, and I immediately called to voice my objection, but the prosecutor was out of town.

Later I . . . → Read More: Why is the FBI Protecting the Idaho Pipe Bomber?

Cyndi Steele: Allow Me to Speak to My Husband!

by Kevin Alfred Strom

CYNDI STEELE, wife of imprisoned pro-freedom attorney Edgar J. Steele, is asking a U.S. District Court judge to drop the outrageous “no contact” order which forbids all contact between her and her husband.

Edgar Steele — a critic of the FBI and an advocate for White Americans — is accused by the FBI of hiring a hit man to kill Cyndi Steele, an accusation that she dismisses as preposterous and full of patent falsehoods. The FBI says that Steele might try to “tamper” with “a witness” — Cyndi herself — if contact is allowed, because Edgar . . . → Read More: Cyndi Steele: Allow Me to Speak to My Husband!

Why Did the FBI Allow the Idaho Pipe Bomber Free Reign?

IF YOU ARE as outraged as we at Free Edgar Steele are about the unanswered questions raised by the Idaho Pipe Bomber case, below are some focus points you might consider sending along in a letter to your Congressperson.  A central question that affects everybody along the roads upon which Cyndi Steele drove through Washington, Oregon, and Idaho is this:  Why did the FBI allow a weapon of mass destruction to be transported through highly populated areas in three states in June 2010?

● Why isn’t Congress interested in investigating the FBI for allowing a weapon of mass destruction to be transported through . . . → Read More: Why Did the FBI Allow the Idaho Pipe Bomber Free Reign?

Cyndi Steele: FBI Wants to Silence My Husband

Excerpt from the Spokesman-Review: THE WIFE of a North Idaho lawyer accused of plotting her murder said federal agents knew a pipe bomb was attached to her car before it was discovered at a Coeur d’Alene auto shop, but they withheld the information in what she said amounts to a conspiracy against her husband.

“My husband is innocent, and the only reason the (Federal Bureau of Investigation) put him in jail is to silence him,” Cyndi Steele (pictured) said in a news conference Monday in Coeur d’Alene.

Accompanied by her lawyer, Wesley Hoyt of Colorado, Steele blasted the federal government for what she said was a rush . . . → Read More: Cyndi Steele: FBI Wants to Silence My Husband
